C3M
The Centre Méditerranéen de Médecine Moléculaire was set up in 2008 as a result of the desire to bring together teams who were all keen to work more closely with the clinic and to improve their interactions. The Centre's location within the Hôpital de l'Archet facilitates the transfer from the clinic to fundamental research and vice versa. The C3M comprises 13 teams (website https://www.c3m-nice.fr/) with a total of 175 staff, divided into 3 research areas: - Proliferation, cell death, differentiation and cancer - Metabolic diseases - Infection and inflammatory responses. C3M has a major cell imaging and cytometry platform with IBISA accreditation.
