Analytical Inversion Methods for Non-Homogenous Flat Metalenses

Résumé

Two analytical methods are presented to retrieve the equivalent refractive index in a parallel plate waveguide loaded by non-homogeneous metasurfaces. The first one is based on the Abel transform and the second one on a Regularized Ray-Congruence Equation. These methods enable the design of new flat metalenses. © 2021 IEEE.
