We explored two different irradiation regimes. At low X-ray doses a progressive shift of the critical temperature of the superconductor has been obtained. Conversely, increasing the X-ray dose, a transition to a non-superconducting high resistance state is observed. These results pave the way to the realization of electrical devices by X-ray nanopatterning on this kind of oxide, extending the previous studies on Bi2Sr2CaCu2O8+delta %G English %L hal-02362904 %U https://univ-rennes.hal.science/hal-02362904 %~ UNIV-RENNES1 %~ CNRS %~ INSA-RENNES %~ ENSC-RENNES %~ ISCR %~ ISCR-CSM %~ STATS-UR1 %~ UR1-SPM %~ INC-CNRS %~ UR1-UFR-SPM %~ UR1-HAL %~ UR1-SDLM %~ TEST-UR-CSS %~ UNIV-RENNES %~ INSA-GROUPE %~ TEST-HALCNRS %~ UR1-MMS %~ TEST2-HALCNRS
