Data were obtained from 2013 to 2015, area under curves (AUC), sensitivity, specificity and predictive values were calculated using compensation results as reference. We collected 163 128 cases data. AUC ranged from 0.64 for shoulders disorder to 0.82 for knee disorders. If two thresholds were considered, 28.7% of the sample fit under or over those. The matrix showed a fair predictivity. Such matrix cannot replace expertise but might be a tool used for improving compensation process. %G English %2 https://univ-rennes.hal.science/hal-01978718/document %2 https://univ-rennes.hal.science/hal-01978718/file/Fadel_Usefulness%20of%20a%20job-exposure%20matrix.pdf %L hal-01978718 %U https://univ-rennes.hal.science/hal-01978718 %~ UNIV-RENNES1 %~ UNIV-ANGERS %~ SANTE_PUB_INSERM %~ IFR140 %~ GIP-BE %~ IRSET %~ UVSQ %~ STATS-UR1 %~ IRSET-SMS %~ IRSET-CCII %~ IRSET-TREC %~ IRSET-HIAEC %~ IRSET-SMLF %~ IRSET-ERD %~ IRSET-VCER %~ IRSET-NEED %~ IRSET-TNGC %~ UR1-UFR-SVE %~ UR1-HAL %~ UR1-SDV %~ UNIV-PARIS-SACLAY %~ UVSQ-SACLAY %~ IRSET-10 %~ TEST-UR-CSS %~ UNIV-RENNES %~ UVSQ-UPSACLAY %~ UR1-BIO-SA
