In this paper, an efficient methodology for predictive modeling of multilayered PDNs with irregular shapes and discontinuities is discussed. This method is based on MultiConductor Transmission Lines (MCTLs) chich will be modeled by W-Elements. To validate the modeling technique, test structures were designed and simulated up to 15 GHz. A good correlation was obtained between model and full-wave solver based on the method of Moments. The proposed model substantially reduces the CPU run time and memory resources that require only few seconds and small memory for which the EM solver would have taken several minutes and much more memory. %G English %L hal-01380032 %U https://univ-rennes.hal.science/hal-01380032 %~ UNIV-NANTES %~ UNIV-RENNES1 %~ CNRS %~ INSA-RENNES %~ IETR %~ IETR_DE %~ STATS-UR1 %~ CENTRALESUPELEC %~ UR1-HAL %~ UR1-MATH-STIC %~ UR1-UFR-ISTIC %~ TEST-UNIV-RENNES %~ TEST-UR-CSS %~ UNIV-RENNES %~ INSA-GROUPE %~ UR1-MATH-NUM %~ NANTES-UNIVERSITE %~ UNIV-NANTES-AV2022
