This antenna is optimized to demonstrate low cross polarization, low side-lobe level, good return loss, and excellent beam circularity over the 1700-2100-GHz frequency range. A prototype with a directivity of 31.7 dBi and a cross-polarization level below -22 dBi was measured at 1.9 THz with excellent agreement with calculation %G English %L hal-01300893 %U https://univ-rennes.hal.science/hal-01300893 %~ UNIV-NANTES %~ UNIV-RENNES1 %~ CNRS %~ INSA-RENNES %~ IETR %~ IETR_SRC %~ STATS-UR1 %~ CENTRALESUPELEC %~ UR1-HAL %~ UR1-MATH-STIC %~ UR1-UFR-ISTIC %~ IETR-BEAMS %~ IETR-ADH %~ TEST-UNIV-RENNES %~ TEST-UR-CSS %~ UNIV-RENNES %~ INSA-GROUPE %~ UR1-MATH-NUM %~ IETR-SUMIT %~ NANTES-UNIVERSITE %~ UNIV-NANTES-AV2022
