Phenolic compounds degradation increased from 43% at 30°C to 62% at 50°C after 65 min treatment. Nonlinear regression methods allowed to accurately describe the experimental results and among the tested models, namely Lewis, Page-modified, Henderson/Pabis, and diffusion models, the most appropriate was found to be the Lewis model. The degradation was found to follow a first-order kinetic and the activation energy was 21 kJ/mol. %G English %L hal-01134649 %U https://univ-rennes.hal.science/hal-01134649 %~ UNIV-RENNES1 %~ CNRS %~ INSA-RENNES %~ ENSC-RENNES %~ ISCR %~ SCR-CIP %~ STATS-UR1 %~ UR1-SPM %~ INC-CNRS %~ UR1-UFR-SPM %~ UR1-HAL %~ UR1-SDLM %~ UR1-SDLMJONCH %~ TEST-UNIV-RENNES %~ TEST-UR-CSS %~ UNIV-RENNES %~ INSA-GROUPE %~ UR1-MMS %~ TEST2-HALCNRS %~ TEST3-HALCNRS
