Modeling of a novel optical 3R regenerator using a cascade of SOA based NOLM and double-stage wavelength converters

Résumé

This paper theoretically studies a new 3R all-optical regenerator at 10 Gbit/s, showing how degraded data can be regenerated. Such a study could be useful in the device use in all-optical signal processing.
